Lisa has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Westminster College, a Master of Science in Special Education from Duquesne University, is a member of the National Art Education Association, and had deeply impacted the lives of countless children in the classroom during her teaching career. Yet, Lisa grew up in this business and has a deep passion for the work her father began when he founded the business in 1968. She continues her father’s vision to redeem spaces and breathe new life into properties. She enjoys creatively making space beautiful, comfortable, and functional for others. She is exceptional at connecting people and businesses in successful, collaborative working environments. In her free time, she volunteers with various community organizations both here and abroad, including an international ministry where she enjoys forming lasting friendships and building homes for homeless in struggling Jamaican communities. She is your key contact for collaboration, as well as functional and aesthetic design.
Daniel has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Grove City College and multiple graduate level degrees, including a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College. Dan writes music, plays the piano, keyboard, and drums, has authored several books, is an accomplished grant-writer, and is a big Steelers fan. He has achieved notable recognition in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, both public and private spheres, and both “sacred” and “secular” fields. Dan manages the day-to-day aspects of the business. He loves making space purposeful and leveraging resources to help businesses and individuals succeed. He draws upon his years of experience in entrepreneurial business consultation, strategic organizational and facility planning, building design, and even challenge course design and facilitation. He is your key contact for leasing space, purchasing property, or creative problem-solving.
Kelly is our delightful Office Manager/Director of Finance and Personnel. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance. She has experience in human resources, accounting and bookkeeping services and has worked in prominent market sectors such as the banking, energy efficient, and investment industries. She volunteers with many good causes, including serving the poor through international missions work and a homeless ministry on Pittsburgh’s Northside, and serves regularly at her church, especially in youth outreach. She not only keeps meticulous books, she brings a devotion to friendly customer service to every interaction and is especially helpful to our tenants. She is your key contact for accounts payable, accounts receivable, documents, and scheduling.
Manny “He can fix anything” Mance is a truly caring person who is exceptionally skilled at understanding how things work. Manny has 20 years’ industrial millwright experience and 25 years’ experience owning and operating his own repair and maintenance business. He also has many years of experience leasing out his own rental properties. He is EPA RRP Certified, Gastite Certified, a welding expert, and skilled with precision press break, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair in both structural and finishing applications. Manny is always ready to lend a hand. He excels at making things work optimally and is a truly kind and thoughtful person. If you encounter a problem, there’s no one better to call to help you out. He is extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. He is your key contact for anything relating to facilities and property.
Josiah is a considerate and thoughtful young man who is always looking for ways to be helpful. He plays both electric and acoustic guitars, as well as cello, and is a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins. He loves to make properties nothing short of amazing, and he brings an inspirational and imaginative perspective to that effort. He is passionate about developing high-tech building safety and security, comfortable accommodations, eye-catching marketing, great food, and great music!
Jonah is a friendly and encouraging young entrepreneur. He plays both the drums and guitar, is a Pittsburgh Penguins fan, avid gamer, loves music production, and has traveled on various mission trips helping to build homes for the homeless in struggling overseas communities. He is hard-working and tech savvy and brings a fun element to the properties he improves. As an enterprising youth, he is enthusiastic about helping businesses realize their dreams.
