Tenant of the Month

This tenant fulfilled a life-long dream by opening a heart-warming family-style diner – two weeks before the first pandemic shut-down! Yet, while 25% of restaurants across the country are closing, this small startup has not only survived but is growing their business one bite at a time with delicious food, inexpensive pricing, friendly service, and charming old schoolhouse décor by nothing more than word-of-mouth advertising! We salute this month’s feature tenant West E Diner, 800 Fifth Street, West Elizabeth, PA?

Please visit and support our tenant of the month! You will be glad you did.

Giving Back

Our businesses give back to the communities we serve.

Our locations are beautifully landscaped with efficient and well-maintained building systems. We are committed to preserving the nature and beauty of the communities we serve.

Each year, our businesses donate funds and host events designed to raise funds for excellent tax-exempt programs and organizations that service those in need within the local communities in and around our properties. Charities and causes we have historically supported include:

  • Jefferson Regional Hospital
  • Adam’s Quest
  • Health for Her
  • Local Community Food Banks
  • St Jude Hospital
  • Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra
  • Northside Homeless Ministry
  • Calvary Chapel South Pittsburgh
  • Pleasant Hills Community Church
  • St. Thomas a Becket
  • Family Guidance, Inc.
  • Various family fundraisers
  • World Vision
  • St. Judes Children’s Hospital
  • Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
  • Local children’s sports teams
  • MBA – Manufacturer and Business Association
  • SMC Business Councils

Our businesses have added jobs through direct hiring, contracted construction work, and the many jobs our tenants being into the communities we serve. We are doing our part to stimulate the economy and provide jobs especially for those who most need them through this difficult period. Through this pandemic, we did not lay off a single employee, and not one of our employees had to go onto unemployment.
