We do our best to keep expenses as reasonable as possible without compromising quality or necessities. Since our company is locally owned, has exceptionally low overhead, and has intentionally minimized debt, our overhead is below that of most other commercial real estate companies and we are able in turn to pass this savings on to our tenants.

Rather than carry the expense of having all of our services in-house, we contract out much of this work on an as-needed basis to known and trusted contractors with whom we have very good relationships. We find this approach saves money by avoiding paying for “down time” between jobs, and also maintains the incentive for contractors to keep each job as cost-efficient as possible in order to win future bids. We also have the built-in efficiency of being a one-stop total solution for your commercial real estate needs, whether that be leasing or purchasing, new or renovated facilities, providing development or move-in ready properties.
